Import Jobs from Workiz

Drop a Workiz export (.xlsx or .csv). Columns are read by header name, so order doesn't matter. We use:
Client,
Type,
Scheduled,
Phone,
Status,
Tech,
Address,
City,
Source.
Job # is ignored — new job numbers are issued. End time = start + 2h. Pending jobs get a follow-up due in the next hour.
