Code is the stable id (e.g. DOOR_16x7_NONINS), case-insensitive. A price change is not retroactive — the unit price is snapshotted onto a line the moment the installer ticks it, so historical pay cannot shift under your feet. An inactive row stays for history and disappears from the pickers.

Unit says what the price means, and it is not itself a price. each multiplies the price by the quantity on the task — two doors, twice the money. per sq ft reads that same quantity as square feet: a 10 × 12 roll-up door is a quantity of 120, and the line pays 120 × the price. Min price is the floor under that multiplication, per door, so a small one is still worth the trip. It only means anything on a per-sq-ft row, and a line nobody has measured yet — zero square feet — pays nothing rather than the minimum.
